Description
The cable standing back wrist curl is performed standing with a cable bar gripped behind the body. From this behind-the-back position, you flex and extend the wrists to curl the cable through a full range. The position frees the wrists from the body for complete forearm flexion with constant cable tension.

- Set a cable to the lowest pulley with a short bar attachment.
- Stand with your back to the cable station.
- Reach behind you and grip the bar with palms facing back.
- Step forward to create cable tension.
- Stand upright with the bar at hip level behind you.
- Allow the bar to roll down to your fingertips at the bottom of the curl.
- Curl the bar back up by flexing your wrists.
- Squeeze your forearms at the top, then lower with control.
