Cable Standing Back Wrist Curl Instructions

  1. Set a cable to the lowest pulley with a short bar attachment.
  2. Stand with your back to the cable station.
  3. Reach behind you and grip the bar with palms facing back.
  4. Step forward to create cable tension.
  5. Stand upright with the bar at hip level behind you.
  6. Allow the bar to roll down to your fingertips at the bottom of the curl.
  7. Curl the bar back up by flexing your wrists.
  8. Squeeze your forearms at the top, then lower with control.
