  1. Hold an EZ curl bar behind the back at hip level.
  2. Stand with the feet hip width apart.
  3. Set the hands shoulder width apart on the bar.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Let the bar hang down with the wrists relaxed.
  6. Curl the wrists up by flexing the forearms.
  7. Squeeze the forearms hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
