  1. Stand tall with an ez curl bar behind the body at hip height.
  2. Grip the bar with both hands palms facing back.
  3. Set the elbows fully extended.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  5. Allow the bar to roll down to the fingertips.
  6. Curl the wrists up squeezing the forearms.
  7. Lift the bar as high as the wrists allow.
  8. Lower the bar back down with control.
