  1. Stand tall holding one end of an EZ curl bar in a neutral grip.
  2. Let the bar tip away from your body so it stays balanced.
  3. Keep the working arm at your side with elbow tucked close.
  4. Stabilize the elbow against your hip if needed.
  5. Curl the wrist up to flex the forearm muscles.
  6. Squeeze the forearm hard at the top of the curl.
  7. Lower the bar slowly back to a full wrist extension.
  8. Complete all reps on one side then switch arms.
