Roll Ball Forearm Supinator Instructions

  1. Sit at a table with one forearm resting on top palm down.
  2. Place a massage ball just below the outer elbow.
  3. Press the forearm down into the ball.
  4. Use the other hand to add pressure.
  5. Roll the upper outer forearm slowly over the ball.
  6. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  7. Stay near the elbow rather than the wrist.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
