Forward Bend Back Stretch Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip width apart.
  2. Brace your core and lengthen the spine up.
  3. Hinge forward at the hips with a long spine.
  4. Continue folding forward toward the floor.
  5. Let the head and arms hang heavy.
  6. Hold the lower legs or floor with the hands.
  7. Hold the stretch with steady breath letting gravity deepen it.
  8. Roll up slowly to standing one vertebra at a time.
