- Stand tall with feet hip width apart.
- Brace your core and lengthen the spine up.
- Hinge forward at the hips with a long spine.
- Continue folding forward toward the floor.
- Let the head and arms hang heavy.
- Hold the lower legs or floor with the hands.
- Hold the stretch with steady breath letting gravity deepen it.
- Roll up slowly to standing one vertebra at a time.
