  1. Set the cable to a low position with a straight bar attachment.
  2. Stand facing away from the cable stack.
  3. Grip the bar overhead with both hands at shoulder width.
  4. Step forward to take tension on the cable.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  6. Keep the upper arms vertical pointing at the ceiling.
  7. Extend the elbows pressing the bar straight up overhead.
  8. Lower the bar back behind the head with control.
