EZ Bar California Skullcrusher Instructions

  1. Lie on a flat bench holding an EZ bar with a close grip.
  2. Press the bar up over your chest with arms extended.
  3. Lower the bar behind your head by bending the elbows.
  4. Stop when the bar is just behind your head.
  5. Pull the bar down to your chest by sliding it along the path.
  6. From the chest position, press the bar back up over your face.
  7. Lock out the arms at the top of the press.
  8. Repeat the combination motion in smooth flow.
