Bar Band Bent Over Rear Delt Fly Instructions

  1. Loop a resistance band under a low bar or fixed point.
  2. Stand a step back and grab the band ends with both hands.
  3. Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
  4. Set the arms hanging down with a slight elbow bend.
  5. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  6. Pull the hands out to the sides in a fly motion.
  7. Squeeze the rear delts hard at the top.
  8. Return with control and continue for the working set.
