Kneeling T Spine Mobility Stretching Instructions
- Drop into a tall kneeling position with both knees on the floor.
- Sit back on the heels for stability.
- Place one hand behind your head with elbow flared.
- Place the other hand on the floor or your knee for support.
- Brace the core and keep the hips square.
- Rotate the torso to bring the elbow up and around toward the ceiling.
- Open the chest and follow the elbow with your eyes.
- Return to neutral and repeat for all reps then switch sides.
