Dumbbell Bent Over Alternate Rear Delt Fly Instructions

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Hinge at the hips with a flat back and slight knee bend.
  3. Let the dumbbells hang down with palms facing each other.
  4. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  5. Raise one dumbbell out to the side with a slight bend in the elbow.
  6. Lift until the arm is at shoulder height.
  7. Pause and squeeze the rear delt at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Raise the other dumbbell. Alternate sides.
