Band Jack Knife Sit Up Instructions

  1. Anchor a resistance band high to a sturdy point.
  2. Lie on your back facing away from the anchor.
  3. Grip a handle with both hands and extend the arms overhead.
  4. Take tension on the band.
  5. Brace your core hard.
  6. Lift the legs and torso up at the same time into a V-up.
  7. Pull the hands toward the feet at the top.
  8. Lower back down with control.
