- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip one handle with both hands together.
- Stand sideways to the anchor with feet wide.
- Lean back so the body is at an angle.
- Brace your core hard.
- Rotate the body away from the anchor against the strap.
- Squeeze the obliques hard at the end range.
- Rotate back to the start with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
