Kettlebell Bent Over Alternate Twist Row Instructions
- Stand holding a kettlebell in each hand at the sides.
- Hinge at the hips with a flat back and slight knee bend.
- Let the kettlebells hang down with palms facing each other.
- Brace your core and keep the back flat.
- Row one kettlebell up to the hip while rotating the torso slightly.
- Squeeze the lat hard at the top.
- Lower with control while rotating the torso back to neutral.
- Row the other kettlebell while rotating to that side. Alternate sides.
