  1. Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Hold a weight plate with both hands at chest level.
  3. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  4. Press the plate forward with the arms extended.
  5. Circle the plate around the head from front to side.
  6. Continue circling around behind the head and back to the start.
  7. Keep the arms straight throughout.
  8. Reverse direction and continue for the working set.
