Description
The suspender self assisted chest dip is a TRX dip variation with a forward chest lean to bias the pectorals. The lifter dips between the handles with feet on the floor for assistance. It builds the lower chest and triceps.
Equipment Required

- Set the suspension trainer to elbow height.
- Grip the handles with palms facing inward.
- Lean forward at the hips to bias the chest.
- Step the feet forward for assistance.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Lower the body by bending the elbows.
- Keep the chest leaning forward at the bottom.
- Press back up to lockout.
