  1. Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
  2. Place the feet in the foot cradles facing down.
  3. Set the hands on the floor under the shoulders in a plank.
  4. Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
  5. Pike the hips up high by drawing the feet toward the hands.
  6. Lift the hips as high as possible.
  7. Hold the pike position briefly.
  8. Lower the hips back down with control to the start.
