  1. Stand with the feet wider than shoulder width.
  2. Turn the toes out to roughly 45 degrees.
  3. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  4. Lower into a deep sumo squat.
  5. Reach both arms straight up overhead.
  6. Press the elbows back to open the chest.
  7. Use the elbows to gently push the knees out.
  8. Hold the position for the desired duration.
