Twisted Leg Lunge Pose
Description
The twisted leg lunge pose is a deep yoga lunge with a spinal twist. Dropping into a low lunge with the back knee on the floor, you reach the opposite arm across to the front knee for a deep thoracic rotation. The combination opens the hips, stretches the hip flexors, and improves spinal mobility.
