Stick Shoulder Stretch
Description
The stick shoulder stretch is a classic shoulder mobility drill where a PVC stick is passed from in front of the body up and over to behind the body. The wide grip allows the shoulders to rotate through their full range. It is a staple warm-up move for Olympic lifters and shoulder rehab work.
