Equipment Required

- Grip a small towel with both hands.
- Stand tall with the arms in front at chest height.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Twist one hand clockwise.
- Twist the other hand counter clockwise.
- Wring the towel as if drying it out.
- Reverse the directions and continue.
- Continue for the working set.
