Standing Wring the Towel Instructions

  1. Grip a small towel with both hands.
  2. Stand tall with the arms in front at chest height.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Twist one hand clockwise.
  5. Twist the other hand counter clockwise.
  6. Wring the towel as if drying it out.
  7. Reverse the directions and continue.
  8. Continue for the working set.
