  1. Anchor a resistance band at floor level behind you.
  2. Grip a band handle in each hand.
  3. Step forward into a staggered stance.
  4. Bring the handles to the chest.
  5. Press one handle up at an incline angle.
  6. Twist the torso into the press.
  7. Lower with control and press the other side.
  8. Continue alternating sides.
