Description
The roll ball external oblique is a self myofascial release drill for the side of the trunk. Pressing a ball into the obliques releases knots that limit rotation and side bending.

Roll Ball External Oblique Instructions
- Lie on one side on the floor.
- Place a massage ball under the side of the rib cage.
- Brace the body on the bottom forearm.
- Keep the upper body relaxed over the ball.
- Roll the obliques slowly over the ball.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Cover from the bottom rib to the hip.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
