Description
The sideway leg bridge is a side glute bridge variation that combines a side plank with a top leg lift. The lifter lies on the side, presses up into a side plank, and lifts the top leg high. The combo loads the glute medius and obliques hard.

Sideway Leg Bridge Instructions
- Lie on your side with the legs stacked.
- Set the bottom forearm on the floor under the shoulder.
- Stack the feet and press up into a side plank.
- Set the body in a straight line.
- Brace your core and squeeze the glutes.
- Lift the top leg high while holding the side plank.
- Hold the elevated position briefly.
- Lower the leg with control. Drop down then switch sides.
