Lying Scalene Activation Instructions
- Lie on the back with the knees bent and feet flat.
- Place the hands at the sides palms down.
- Brace your core and keep the shoulders relaxed.
- Lift the head slightly off the floor.
- Tilt the chin gently to one side.
- Hold the position briefly to activate the scalenes.
- Lower the head with control.
- Repeat to the other side.
