Description

- Lie on your side with the legs straight.
- Stack the legs and bend the knees slightly.
- Place the hand behind the head with elbow pointed up.
- Set the bottom arm out for support.
- Brace your core hard.
- Tuck the knees up while crunching the elbow down to meet them.
- Squeeze the obliques hard at the top.
- Lower back to the start with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
