Equipment Required
Exercise Ball Pike Push Up Instructions
- Place the feet on top of a stability ball.
- Set up in a high plank with hands under the shoulders.
- Pike the hips up so the body forms an inverted V.
- Brace your core and keep the legs straight.
- Lower the head down between the hands.
- Stop when the head is just above the floor.
- Press back up to the piked position.
- Continue for the working set.
