Exercise Ball Pike Push Up Instructions

  1. Place the feet on top of a stability ball.
  2. Set up in a high plank with hands under the shoulders.
  3. Pike the hips up so the body forms an inverted V.
  4. Brace your core and keep the legs straight.
  5. Lower the head down between the hands.
  6. Stop when the head is just above the floor.
  7. Press back up to the piked position.
  8. Continue for the working set.
