  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at the sides.
  2. Stand facing a sturdy flat bench.
  3. Place one foot fully on the bench.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Drive through the planted foot to step up.
  6. Stand tall on top with the trailing leg lifted.
  7. Step back down with control.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
