- Hold a dumbbell in each hand at the sides.
- Stand facing a sturdy flat bench.
- Place one foot fully on the bench.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Drive through the planted foot to step up.
- Stand tall on top with the trailing leg lifted.
- Step back down with control.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
