Dumbbell Single Arm Preacher Curl Instructions

  1. Sit at a preacher bench with the pad against your right armpit.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in your right hand with an underhand grip.
  3. Drape your right arm over the preacher pad with arm fully extended.
  4. Pin your chest to the pad and brace your core.
  5. Use your left hand to support yourself on the bench.
  6. Curl the dumbbell up by bending only at the elbow.
  7. Squeeze the bicep hard at the top.
  8. Lower the dumbbell back down with control to full extension. Switch arms.
