Dumbbell Seated Palms Up Wrist Curl

Description

The dumbbell seated palms up wrist curl is the classic forearm flexor exercise. Sitting on a bench with forearms resting on the thighs and palms facing up, you flex the wrists to curl the dumbbells up and lower with a stretch. It builds the wrist flexors and forearms for a thicker, stronger grip.
