- Sit on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing up.
- Rest your forearms on your thighs with wrists hanging off the knees.

- Brace your core and stay tall.
- Curl the dumbbells up by flexing your wrists.
- Squeeze the forearms at the top of the curl.
- Lower the dumbbells back down with control to a full stretch.
