- Set a cable to the lowest pulley with a single handle.
- Lie on your right side on the floor perpendicular to the cable station.
- Grip the handle with your left hand from across your body.
- Position yourself so the cable runs across your chest.
- Brace your core to keep your trunk stable.
- Raise the handle up and across your body to shoulder height.
- Squeeze your left medial delt at the top.
- Lower the handle back down with control. Switch sides.
