  2. Kneel on both knees on a soft mat.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Step one foot forward and place it flat.
  5. Drive through the front foot to stand up.
  6. Bring the back foot to meet the front.
  7. Reverse the movement to return to kneeling.
  8. Alternate the leading leg each rep.
