Bottle Weighted Split Squat Instructions

  1. Stand in a split stance with one foot forward and the other behind you.
  2. Hold a weighted bottle at chest level with both hands.
  3. Brace your core and stand tall.
  4. Lower your back knee toward the floor by bending both knees.
  5. Stop just before the back knee touches the ground.
  6. Keep most of your weight on your front foot.
  7. Drive up through the front heel to standing.
  8. Complete reps on one side before switching legs.
