- Stand in a split stance with one foot forward and the other behind you.
- Hold a weighted bottle at chest level with both hands.
- Brace your core and stand tall.
- Lower your back knee toward the floor by bending both knees.
- Stop just before the back knee touches the ground.
- Keep most of your weight on your front foot.
- Drive up through the front heel to standing.
- Complete reps on one side before switching legs.
