  1. Sit on the floor with the knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Hold a filled water bottle with both hands at the chest.
  3. Lean back to a comfortable angle.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Twist the torso to one side and bring the bottle to the floor.
  6. Pause briefly at the rotated position.
  7. Twist back to the other side.
  8. Continue alternating sides.
