Big Turn Back Stretch Instructions
- Sit cross legged on the floor with the spine tall.
- Set the back of one hand on the opposite knee.
- Place the other hand behind the body on the floor.
- Brace your core and lengthen the spine up.
- Inhale to grow taller through the spine.
- Exhale and rotate the torso to one side using the hands to deepen.
- Hold the deep twist with steady breath.
- Slowly unwind back to center. Switch sides and repeat.
