Equipment Required

- Sit on the floor with the knees bent and feet flat.
- Cross the arms over the chest.
- Lean back to about a 45 degree angle.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Twist the torso to one side.
- Squeeze the obliques on the working side.
- Twist back through center to the other side.
- Continue alternating for the working set.
