  1. Grip both battle rope ends with the hands together.
  2. Stand with the feet shoulder width apart facing the anchor.
  3. Lift the rope ends to chest height.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Twist the torso to one side and slam the ropes down.
  6. Reverse the twist to the other side.
  7. Slam the ropes down on each twist.
  8. Continue alternating sides.
