- Set an incline bench at about 30 degrees.
- Lie face down on the bench with arms hanging over the top.
- Hold a barbell with palms facing forward (palms up if curling toward you).
- Let the wrists hang down with the bar rolling toward your fingertips.
- Brace your core and keep the body still.
- Curl the wrists up to lift the bar back into your palms.
- Squeeze the forearms hard at the top.
- Lower with control to the deep stretch position.
