  1. Sit on a bench holding a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Rest the forearm on the bench with the wrist hanging off the edge.
  3. Hold the dumbbell with palm facing up.
  4. Allow the wrist to drop down letting the dumbbell roll toward your fingertips.
  5. Curl the wrist up to bring the dumbbell back into the palm.
  6. Squeeze the forearm hard at the top.
  7. Lower with control to a deep stretch.
  8. Complete reps and switch arms.
