  1. Kneel beside a flat bench.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in one hand with a neutral grip.
  3. Rest the forearm flat on the bench with the wrist past the edge.
  4. Hold the wrist with the opposite hand for stability.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  6. Curl the dumbbell upward by raising the wrist.
  7. Squeeze the forearm hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
