  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended in front of you.
  2. Loop a resistance band around both feet.
  3. Hold a handle in each hand with palms facing up (supinated grip).
  4. Sit upright with a tall, straight back.
  5. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  6. Pull the handles back toward your lower ribs.
  7. Keep your elbows tucked close to your sides.
  8. Squeeze your back hard, then return slowly.
