Band Kneeling Twisting Crunch
Description
The band kneeling twisting crunch is a kneeling crunch using a resistance band anchored overhead, with a rotational twist added to each rep. The band tension loads the abs while the twist forces oblique engagement. It is a strong choice for combined ab and oblique training when no cable machine is available.
