  1. Wedge one end of a barbell in a corner or landmine.
  2. Sit on the floor in front of the bar with knees bent.
  3. Grip the free end of the bar with both hands at chest height.
  4. Lean back slightly and lift the feet off the floor.
  5. Brace your core hard.
  6. Twist the torso to bring the bar end down to one side.
  7. Squeeze the oblique at the bottom.
  8. Twist back through center to the other side. Continue alternating.
