Barbell Sitting on Floor Oblique Twist Instructions
- Wedge one end of a barbell in a corner or landmine.
- Sit on the floor in front of the bar with knees bent.
- Grip the free end of the bar with both hands at chest height.
- Lean back slightly and lift the feet off the floor.
- Brace your core hard.
- Twist the torso to bring the bar end down to one side.
- Squeeze the oblique at the bottom.
- Twist back through center to the other side. Continue alternating.
