Assisted Chin Tuck
Description
The assisted chin tuck is a posture drill where the fingers are placed on the chin and used to gently push the head straight back to create a double chin position. The drill retrains forward head posture and strengthens the deep neck flexors.

Assisted Chin Tuck Instructions
- Sit or stand tall with shoulders relaxed.
- Look straight ahead with the head in a neutral position.
- Place two fingers on the front of your chin.
- Gently push the chin straight back, not down.
- Feel a stretch at the back of the neck.
- Create a double chin position briefly.
- Hold for a few seconds and release.
- Repeat the chin tuck several times in a row.
