Description
The tiger tail peroneal roll is a self-myofascial release move targeting the peroneal muscles on the outer side of the lower leg. The lifter sits and rolls the stick massager along the outer calf. It is useful for runners and lifters with tight calves.

Tiger Tail Peroneal Instructions
- Sit down on the floor or a bench.
- Hold the tiger tail stick by the handles with both hands.
- Place the roller on the outer side of the lower leg above the ankle.
- Press down with moderate pressure into the peroneal muscles.
- Roll the stick up the outer calf toward the knee.
- Pause on any tender spots to release the tissue.
- Roll back down to the ankle and repeat.
- Continue several passes. Switch legs and repeat.
