Description
The tiger tail hamstring roll is a self-myofascial release move using a stick massager. The lifter sits down and rolls the tool along the hamstrings to release tight tissue and knots. It is a useful warm-up and recovery move for tight hamstrings.

Tiger Tail Hamstring Instructions
- Sit down on the floor or a bench with one leg extended.
- Hold the tiger tail stick by the handles with both hands.
- Place the roller across the hamstring near the knee.
- Press down with moderate pressure into the muscle.
- Roll the stick up the hamstring toward the glute.
- Pause on any tender spots to release the tissue.
- Roll back down to the knee and repeat the pass.
- Continue rolling the full hamstring. Switch legs and repeat.
