Tiger Tail Hamstring Instructions

  1. Sit down on the floor or a bench with one leg extended.
  2. Hold the tiger tail stick by the handles with both hands.
  3. Place the roller across the hamstring near the knee.
  4. Press down with moderate pressure into the muscle.
  5. Roll the stick up the hamstring toward the glute.
  6. Pause on any tender spots to release the tissue.
  7. Roll back down to the knee and repeat the pass.
  8. Continue rolling the full hamstring. Switch legs and repeat.
