- Lift the hips into a glute bridge position.
- Brace the core and keep the hips lifted.
- Slide both heels out away from your body by extending the knees.
- Stop just before the legs are straight.
- Pull the heels back toward the hips by bending the knees.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
