  1. Place a small towel under each heel on a smooth floor.
  2. Lie on your back with the knees bent and heels close to your hips.
  3. Lift the hips into a glute bridge position.
  4. Brace the core and keep the hips lifted.
  5. Slide both heels out away from your body by extending the knees.
  6. Stop just before the legs are straight.
  7. Pull the heels back toward the hips by bending the knees.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
