Resistance Band Smith Squat

Resistance Band Smith Squat

Description

The resistance band Smith squat adds resistance bands to a Smith machine squat. The bands attach to the bar and anchor low, providing accommodating resistance that increases as you stand. The Smith machine fixed path eliminates balance demands while the bands force explosive drive out of the bottom.

Equipment Required

Resistance Band Smith Squat Instructions

  1. Set up a Smith machine with bands attached to each end of the bar and anchored low.
