Description

The suspender single arm rear delt row is a unilateral TRX row done with the elbow flared wide. The wide elbow position biases the rear delts. It builds the rear delts and upper back one side at a time.

TRX Single Arm Rear Delt Row Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip one handle with one hand.
  3. Walk the feet forward until the body leans back.
  4. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  5. Brace your core and keep the body straight.
  6. Pull the handle to the chest with the elbow flared wide.
  7. Squeeze the rear delt hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
