Suspender Single Arm Rear Delt Row
Description
The suspender single arm rear delt row is a unilateral TRX row done with the elbow flared wide. The wide elbow position biases the rear delts. It builds the rear delts and upper back one side at a time.
Equipment Required
TRX Single Arm Rear Delt Row Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip one handle with one hand.
- Walk the feet forward until the body leans back.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core and keep the body straight.
- Pull the handle to the chest with the elbow flared wide.
- Squeeze the rear delt hard at the top.
- Lower with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
