Strongman Power Stairs Instructions

  1. Stand at the bottom of the StrongMan Power Stairs with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grasp the handles of the sled and begin to pull it towards you.
  3. As the sled moves towards you, take a step up onto the first stair with your right foot.
  4. Follow with your left foot, stepping up onto the first stair as well.
  5. Continue to step up the stairs, alternating your feet with each step.
  6. As you climb, keep your core engaged and your back straight.
  7. Once you reach the top of the stairs, step back down to the bottom and repeat for desired number of reps.
