Strongman Power Stairs Instructions
- Stand at the bottom of the StrongMan Power Stairs with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grasp the handles of the sled and begin to pull it towards you.
- As the sled moves towards you, take a step up onto the first stair with your right foot.
- Follow with your left foot, stepping up onto the first stair as well.
- Continue to step up the stairs, alternating your feet with each step.
- As you climb, keep your core engaged and your back straight.
- Once you reach the top of the stairs, step back down to the bottom and repeat for desired number of reps.
