Description
The strongman power stairs is a competition event where athletes carry heavy implements (kegs, stones, or other objects) up a series of large steps. Each step is typically 12 to 24 inches tall. It tests leg strength, grip, and conditioning under heavy load.

Strongman Power Stairs Instructions
- Stand at the base of the power stairs with the implement at your feet.
- Pick up the implement using a deadlift or bear hug grip.
- Step up onto the first step with the implement.
- Continue stepping up each successive step while holding the implement.
- Place the implement on the top platform.
- Return for the next implement and repeat.
- Move as fast as possible — this is a timed event.
- Specialized strongman equipment required.
